Navigating parenting plans during a custody situation can be challenging. My role as a parent coordinator is to provide a structured approach to resolving parenting disputes, helping to reduce conflicts, improve communication, and support the best interest of the child.

The Childrens Advocate provides off-site supervised visitation allowing parents in high conflict or high risk situations access to their children in a safe and supervised off-site environment. Our goal is to provides families with the reassurance that their child is in a safe and healthy environment with proper supervision while building loving and developmentally appropriate relationships with parent and/or guardian.

Childrens advocate: 1-hour noncustodial consultation (includes processing time/fee, documents review, initial client/attorney communication and a minimum 2 hours ($110 value) visitation commitment) Initial assessment is required prior to acceptance as a new client. Fee will be applied to all first time clients. Custodial Consult Fee $83 (includes processing fee, initial client/attorney communication) (See Link: Supervised Visitation)
1-hour observation and supervision (2 hour minimum required)
($25 each additional child) Includes standard observation report. Detailed report is to be requested prior to visit.
'Supervised Visitation Video Calls" abide by the same supervised visitation agreeement aligned for in-person visits except there is only a 1-hour minimal requirements but a $75 scheduling fee for all calls cancelled by our company due to client termination.

The Children's Advocate advises and represents families of students within general and special education in communities across Georgia. We assist parents and students at every stage of the education process. Our work ranges from consultation, such as advice and strategy with regard to a child’s overall education and/or Individualized Education Program (IEP), through mediation at school level. *special education advocacy, *general education advocacy

The Childrens Advocate provides services that support teachers in their effort to identify, assess, and support students with various academic and behavioral needs. This is inclusive, but not limited to, students being served under: (insert bullet checks as you have for the supervised visitation services)
Childrens Advocate: 1-hour of consulting, evaluating, or assistance with the execution of RTI plan. (Minimum of 3 hours)
1-hour of consulting, evaluating, or assistance with the execution of 504 plan. (Minimum of 3 hours)
1-hour of consulting, evaluating, or assistance with the execution of an IEP plan. (Minimum of 3 hours)
During this training you will undergo on-site supervision experience with one of our visitation supervisors. *Visits may be subject to audio recording to ensure documentation accuracy.
(1) Direct observation of parent/child contact performed by a trained visit supervisor
(shadowing);
(2) Co-supervision of the visit by the trainee with a trained visit supervisor; and
(3) Direct observation by a trained visit supervisor while the trainee independently supervises
the visit (reverse shadowing).
