All nonstandard observation reports should be ordered prior to the visit to ensure that detailed notes are to be taken during supervised visit or classroom visits. Supervisors will need to prepare for a day of documenting everything from start to end during visits with one child participant. For multiple children, there may be a need to book multiple supervisors in order to provide accurate observational notes. In the notes section at the payment window, please identify the case name as well as the day of the visit you need a report for.
*A standard observations checklist is included with each supervised visit. The Standard reports only include supervised visitation schedule, an overall summary of the day, and the date and time of the next visit.
