Intake Consultation/Clients with Concerns
Persons needing to discuss needs, gain additional clarity, have questions, or concerns. Persons that need time to discuss what their needs are before booking specific services (includes review of IEP, 504 plan, or medical documentation).
Persons that are already clients needing discuss concerns via phone or email.

Available for visits scheduled June–August.
- Off-site supervised visitation: $55/hour
- Additional children: $15/hour per child
- Two-hour minimum
- Standard observation summary included
- No travel fee for visits held in approved South Fulton/Metro Atlanta preferred locations
- Outside-area visits available by approval with travel convenience fee
- New families must complete intake before scheduling
- Zelle is available for no additional processing cost. Card/invoice payments are also accepted.
