Yes.
Our prices are billed (a la carte), which means it is per individual, per item, per hour. For example, servicing one child has a standard price/per hour and there will be an additional fee for any addition children/per hour. Quote for your specific needs will be emailed after your discovery call or initial consultation.
Yes. Please email use to obtain a quote for multiple days or multiple services.
We have a minimum of 3 hours and maximums may vary per case. If there are special circumstances, we offer (but not guarantee) emergency representation and additional hours, if needed, will be billed thereafter if applicable.
No.
No. We do not offer a sliding fee option at this time. For those booking in advance for multiple weeks, we do offer a complimentary discounts for multiple weeks or services that are paid in advance (applied on a individual basis).
Yes. Travel fees are applied per travel occurences for services (visits, home evaluations, in-person consultations).
Off-site (mobile services) and virtual services.
This means that the visits will be held out of our offices. Therefore, advocates will be compensated for their round trip travel to and from service site. Flat rate fee for 1 hour round trip (30 minutes inbound/30 minutes outbound) at $45. Additional minutes will be billed at $45/hour additionally.
Note: We do not transport children without parent(s).
For education advocacy matter, upon hire, we can be given written communication and authorization to speak on your behalf from the parent.
Yes. If there is an attorney handling your case, attorney information should be shared along with all other parties connected to the case. All parties will be involved in all communication as it pertains to your Education Advocacy agreement, scheduling, and reporting.
Education Advocacy services operate on a per appointment bases.

Client fees are paid via secured payment link directly from our website or via invoice.
There are no refunds of any payments or services. If within the guildlines of our payment agreement, we are able to transfer or reschedule services only.

Yes.
We give our clients access to our email and chat to obtain answers to questions not found on our FAQ page. Clients also have the ability to request a 30 minute discovery call. Once the request is made, secure your payment, and wait for a confirmation email stating your request has been confirmed before planning for the call. We ask all clients to keep these calls at 30 minutes or less. If you believe your call will need a longer period, please book for 1-hour. Thanks.
