A professional education division of The Children’s Advocate, LLC.
In Georgia, private supervised visitation providers are not currently licensed under a dedicated statewide licensing program. However, qualifications and training requirements may be established by an individual court, agency, employer, or contract.
The Children’s Advocate, LLC maintains a high professional standard through its 12-Hour Professional Visitation Supervisor Certificate Program. This Georgia-focused professional education program covers child safety, compliance with court orders, mandated reporting, objective documentation, conflict management, professional neutrality, and trauma-informed practices.
Courts, attorneys, agencies, and families may prefer or require providers who can demonstrate relevant training, sound professional judgment, and consistent documentation. The Certificate Program prepares participants to provide child-centered supervised visitation services with integrity, structure, and professionalism.
Completion of the Certificate Program does not confer state licensure or guarantee acceptance by any court, agency, employer, or contracting organization.

Are you passionate about supporting families and promoting child safety during custody transitions? The 12-Hour Professional Visitation Supervisor Certificate Program provides Georgia-focused professional education for individuals seeking to enter the supervised visitation field, strengthen their existing family-service practice, or add a child-centered service to their professional offerings.
