Please wait until you have received the "Next Steps" email as confirmation that both parties have submitted required intake forms. We cannot proceed forward without both intake forms. Once you've received the "Next Steps" email please proceed to steps 2-3. Intake takes approximately 7-10 business days, unless after this step, expedited services are requested and assessed.

After submitting your required documentation, please proceed below to step 3. The review of these documents is included in your intake fees.


Supervised Visitation Documents Needed Before Day of Consult:

Court Order/Parenting Plan (if applicable)

Copy of Driver's License/State ID

Pictures of Client (child)

Supportive Documentation (Convictions, final SV reports, DV documents)

Psychological Evaluations, Drug and/or Alcohol Testing Results

Persons needing to discuss needs, gain additional clarity, have questions, or concerns. Persons that need time to discuss what their needs are before booking specific services.

3rd step of the intake process for supervised visitation services for the visiting parent.


Price includes intake paperwork processing, case review, Initial (ZOOM video or in-person) consultation fee, two hours of public supervised visitation, and reasonable email and phone correspondences to legal representation, counselors, guardian ad litem, and/or foster care administrators.


There is a mandatory commitment of minimum of 2-hours of supervision. 


Additional supervised visitation hours, in-home visitation evaluation, and/or travel fee will be billed separately via Square Invoicing.

Mandatory Custodial/Live-in Parent Intake Consultation

Mandatory Noncustodial/Visiting Parent Intake Consultation

Mandatory Custodial/Live-in Parent Intake Consultation

3rd step of the intake process for supervised visitation services for the live-in parent.  Initial intake consultation is completed via ZOOM video call platform. 


Price includes intake paperwork processing, initial legal counsel communication, and initial (ZOOM video or in-person) consultation fee. 


There is a mandatory commitment of minimum of 2-hours of supervision.

3rd step of the intake process for education advocacy services for all general education or special education services (ie. Parent-Teacher Conferences, Response to Intervention, & SPED).
